Un gheppio, dalle sembianze di un Buddha, apparve in un albero, spargendo fiori e luce,
attirando così molta gente attorno a se. Il ministro del Paese insospettito del miracolo,
accorse e fece svanire la magia svelando la vera natura di quel buddha.
Il gheppio venne ucciso.
Ho interpretato e immaginato una continuazione del racconto,
dando un significato all’apparizione e morte del gheppio-divino: la rinascita e la ciclicità della vita.

A kestrel, from the semblance of a Buddha, appeared in a tree, spreading flowers and light,
therefore attracting many people all around it.
Suspicious about the miracle, the country minister came to the tree and,

revealing the real nature at that Buddha, made all the magic disappear.
The kestrel has then been killed.
I interpreted and imagined a follow up of this tale,
giving a meaning to the appearance and death of the celestial kestrel:
the rebirth and cyclicity of life.
